Hi, I just noticed on my account that this happened AGAIN to me as well. It is definitely an inside job. I have had this happen 3 prior times, all Maryland and I live in AZ. Best Buy has had me change my email, phone number and also set up my account that only I could convert to certificates. But, someone was able to buy Games in Maryland, didn't have to even access my account via the web, and stole my certificates like you.
I can't believe this continues to happen and they are not doing anything about catching these people.
