I was in store to purchase an LG tv under order #{removed per forum guidelines} on March 22nd. I had the email offer of 10% back in rewards for one in store purchase, but was immediately told by the sales person that “You can’t use that on TVs, only accessories.” He did not even scan my phone to check of the offer applied. I checked the offer details online and in the email today, and wanted to see if this offer applies, and if so can I get it added to that purchase... I have tried calling three times and get “transferred” to a “no one available” message and to call back. There is no email to send my issue in, and the store is in a “safe at home” order for my county... can I please get either a phone call or a message on how this can be fixed? I’ve tried both the website and the mobile app, and no luck... thanks
