Bestbuy,

First, I have never get more disrespected than I have today! To have two supervisors act so unprofessional is appalling. My experience today on the 800 Best Buy Elite plus concierge is a complete joke! After being hung up on numerous times and then lied to about why I was being hung up on is not only a lack of Integrity at Best Buy, but these unprofessional management handling cases should not be in those positions. It is my understanding that all calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance. I want US Based management to do precisely that! No one should feel this bad to put in formal complaints about the self-centered and entitled employees—management or not. I have been a BB Elite plus member for quite some time, and I just spent almost USD 8,000 just recently. I would appreciate talking to higher up about my experience today.

Also, I was told because I was an Elite Plus member i would have 45 days to return the laptop I bought through the 800 number. I requested a return, because I purchased another desktop in its place. I never got a return form to send back the laptop. The order I am referring to is #{removed per forum guidelines}. It’s for SKU #6448936. I looked at My Best Buy and it’s saying it’s no longer returnable. I already bought a replacement computer from you guys SKU#6452918. I do have a screenshot as well saying for laptop I would have 45 days to return it! Can you please help me. I am returning the laptop because it doesn’t compare to a Gaming PC

I also looked and saw the other three PC’s I bought all have 45 day return except for the laptop. This doesn’t make any sense as well :/
