this seems to be a common problem on this forum and I am experiencing the same as many others.
Long time Best Buy customer, Elite Status, try to log in and I'm asked to verify my account with a code that is emailed or texted to me. Except nothing is ever received.
I've tried with and without VPN, on Mac and Windows computers, without ad blocking, on different networks, checked spam, added bestbuy.com to whitelist and attempted over a period of time... and still nothing received.
What needs to happen to dislodge this issue, especially before the Black Friday sales begin?

Thank you for connecting with us and for being a My Best Buy member! Logging into BestBuy.com is the best way to shop, as it helps keep everything organized, not to mention the Black Friday Early Access event for Elite and Elite Plus members today.
With that said, with the troubleshooting you've tried, even adding our BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your address book, there are a couple more things I would like to look into. There may be some duplicate information coming into play, or even your email blocking the verification email from being received.
