Made a large $3000+ purchase in Aug 2017 at Magnolia. Took 3 months to finally get points for this transaction. I suspect because this was such a manual adjustment (why? I don't know), my current membership does not reflect an Elite status. I've called three times and have been told each time to give it 3-5 more days. The reps say that I'm correct and it's waiting for someone to look at it.
I have two large purchases to make, and am holding off because I want to earn the higher point level. I think I'm lost in the black hole of open help tickets! What do I do to get this done? I have no faith that anyone will ever get to it.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your tier status! Having made such a large purchase last August, it certainly sounds like you should have qualified for Elite status. It would be pretty discouraging to not have been granted this tier if you met the qualifications, and miss out on the benefits.
With that said, I'm sorry to hear that your Magnolia purchase may not have posted, and thus your tier status wasn't appropriately upgraded.
