Everytime I make a purchase at BB or online I get an email asking for a review. Each time it says I'll receive 25 My Best Buy Reward Points. The only problem is: the last few times(maybe 4+/-) I haven't seen the points. I have gotten emails saying that the review(s) posted but in my rewards history, they don't show up. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong pace, I swear they used to show up there.

It sounds like you've received some general emails regarding our review bonus. Please keep in mind though that customers may only receive up to 200 bonus points per calendar year from this offer, or your first 8 reviews.
