Hi, I received a customer appreciation email with a scratch and reveal deal for a $25 reward if I spend $250 at Best Buy with my Best Buy credit card by 12/13/2020. I spent $382 at Best Buy on 12/12/2020. Now, 5 weeks later I have not received the certificate. I've checked all my email boxes, spam filters, etc. Please advise.

Generally, these certificates are issued four to five weeks after this promotion has ended. Since you haven't been able to locate this in your email inbox, I'd like to review your My Best Buy account.
