I saw another person on the 10th has the same problem I'm experiencing. I get a 10 percent rewards email. When I click activate it says it looks like you are not eligible for this offer. I am not the only one so this is a major system error with bestbuy. It has been going on for months. I only have 1 account so the answer you sent to her about multiple accounts is not accurate. This is a system issue. I'd like someone to look into this and fix it since it seems to be a growing problem.
