Q: Who is eligible to receive the birthday coupon?
A: All active members that have a birthday attached to their rewards account.
Q: How do I add my birthday to my rewards account?

A: No. The birthday coupon is sent to a random selection of members each month. There is no guarantee that an eligible member will recieve one during any given year.
Q: When is the birthday coupon sent to eligible members?
A: We generally send the birthday coupons for the upcoming month in one large batch towards the end of the previous month. If you do not receive a birthday coupon by the end of the first week of the month, then you may not have been one of the randomally selected members. Make sure to double check any spam/junk folders.
Q: How is the birthday coupon provided?
A: A majority of the birthday coupons are sent via email; however, we do still send a small portion in the mail.
Q: How long is the birthday coupon valid?
A: The coupon should be valid for the entire month of your birthday with those dates being listed on the coupon.
Q: This is my birthday month, and I have my birthday attached to my rewards account, but did not receive a birthday coupon. Can I have one?
A: No. The birthday coupon is not something we can provide upon request.
Q: I received an email with the birthday coupon, but accidentally deleted the email. Can I have a replacement?
A: No. The birthday coupon is not something we can reissue.

A: The birthday coupon will need to first be activated. There should be an Activate button if the birthday coupon is received via email. If the birthday coupon is received in the mail, then you would need to Activate it via the link included in the mailer.

A: No. If the coupon as been activated and eligible item is in your shopping cart, then the birthday coupon should be displayed on the final page during checkout. You would just need to select the coupon offer to apply the 10% savings.
