I am missing points and also the my spending amount is not correct. I made a big purchase but its not showing up in either the points or the total amount spents this year. I am currently and Elite Plus Member

After making a large purchase, I would be ensuring the correct points are posted as well, and that my spend amount reflects it appropriately as well. I would be pretty frustrated if they didn't update accordingly, so I'm glad you've reached out for further information.
Under our My Best Buy Terms, points may take 15-20 days to post. Furthermore, any portion of a purchase paid for by My Best Buy reward certificates, Best Buy gift cards, or My Best Buy Credit Card when selecting a financing option would not be eligible for points. Should you be beyond this time frame, and these forms of payment not be a factor, please let me know, and I'll be delighted to dig further into this with you!
