Missing a lot of points

Since the beginning of 2021, I've ordered over $1,100 worth of product, yet I've only received 9 rewards points. 10 of my orders are fulfilled with zero points, 1 is fulfilled with 9 points, and 5 are pending with zero points, out of 16 total transactions. Could I possibly be granted my missing 550-600 points?

Welcome to our community forums. Gaining My Best Buy points is one of the many great benefits of the My Best Buy program. I'm sure it's strange to hear that several purchases are adding any points and would be glad to see if I can help you get this sorted out.

 

How long ago did you make these purchase? Generally, it can take up to 15 points for these points to be added after your purchase was received. How did you pay for these purchase? Payments made Best Buy gift cards or Promotional Financing also do not accrue My Best Buy points.

 

Please let me know if these purchases appear to be unrelated to these types of purchases, I would be glad to review your My Best Buy account in greater detail.

I made every purchase via debit card, and as previously mentioned, 11 of my 16 orders this year are finalized. The other 5 were within the last 15 days.
