On September 23 I purchased 10 iPad pros spending almost 11000.00 dollars and have not received any points or rewards. Called customer service and they tried to tell me it's because I purchased Apple products and did not use my Best Buy card. New Policy? The staff at the Best Buy I shop at do not seem to be aware of this because they knew I wanted to use my reward number for points and the manager who helped us apologized because she had to ask me several times for the number. We went into the store today to inquire and they have never heard about this. I was planning on preordering two iPhone 12 phones while there but until this is straightened out I have no incentive to continue purchasing products from Best Buy. I can just order everything from Amazon. Staff and customers should be made aware of any policies that affect your customers rewards before they make purchases! Has anyone else had this problem?

Looking for corporate email and or phone number. I've tried customer service number and was told what I'm sure is a bogus story on why I did not receive my points and rewards. I need to take my complaint to a higher level. How unfortunate that customers have to go through this. I have been an elite plus member for a long time and these days I try to support my local business's but Amazon is looking to be my future go to company at least they have great customer service.

Did you choose zero interest financing? If so you won't be getting any points on that purchase since you perk is 0 interest.
