Thank you for reaching out to us! Being able to see your purchase history can be incredibly useful, so only being able to see this year's would be strange. I have a few ideas of what could be causing this (multiple My Best Buy memberships, or even a browser defect we're aware of) but would like to dig further into this with you to see for sure.
