Hi, I have recently made two purchases totaling $1800, but my member status has not been upgraded to Elite. All transactions have been tallied for the points, so there are no pending transactions. I received an email showing that I am $125 from Elite status, with certificates already auto-issued. Can you please verify why my status has not been upgraded?

With the start of 2018, the opportunity to reach Elite or Elite Plus status during the 2017 calendar year is complete. I have the goal of reaching Elite status each year but always fall short. Maybe I can change that this year. Any eligible purchase you made up until the end of business on 12/31/2017 should count even if points are not awarded for a couple more weeks. If you did end up spending $1,500, then your status should be upgraded to Elite within 20 days.
I looked over your account using the email address that you registered with the forum and do see that you were about $125 shy Elite status. A couple returns in December may have dropped you below $1,500. Please also keep in mind that sales tax and any portion of a purchase that is paid for with gift cards or reward certificates is excluded.
