I can see how this can happen to anyone waiting to bank on some rewards to utilize at the same time but offers are not normally extended. If an exception is offered, that's on a individual case by case basis.

With that said, it sounds like your points and member offer aren't aligning this time around, and by a short period of a single day. With that said, member offers cannot be extended, nor could points be awarded early. While I'm glad to hear you reached out to our support teams, I'm sorry to hear your experience could have gone smoother. We should always be providing our customers with a courteous and respectful experience, and I'm sorry if that's not what happened in your case.
