Issued reward certificates

I have been an Elite rewards member since 2013. During most of that time I elected to bank my points.

In March of this year I received sixteen emails - each with a certificate (totaling $1510.00). I checked my account and saw almost all my points were gone. I assumed some type of fraud. I called the Best Buy support number. After about thirty minutes and no clue from the reps what happened my call was disconnected. I reached out a second time via online chat and I was unsuccessful again for getting assistance. I found this via web search and am hopeful that you can assist me in reinstating the points that were issued to allow me to continue banking them (I’m still an elite member).
