Issue placing orders using reward certificates



I'm hoping i can get help here since i cna't seem to get help anywhere


recently i've tried to make some purchases using my reward certificates but many of them get canceled for no reason. it started a few weeks ago with my orders canceled for not being able to validate info. I called support they said it was my card which isn't true and to call the bank. i used many cards with the same result including my own best buy card and the order total is 0 becuase it's covered by the rewards. I was still able to make a purchase with the same card as long as the price wasn't 0.


So i gave it a few days and tried again and again orders cancelled. I called up support again and told them i can order when paying but can't order when using my rewards. it's not the card becuase it works fine with a paid order. they said they would look into it and investiage and get back to me within a week.


2 weeks go by, no response. so i place 1 order today which works fine using my rewards. i go to place a second one about an hour or so later and bam canceled. same card and everything that worked earlier.


Now i'm frustrated becuase i spend alot at best buy as an elite plus member. I've spent over 13k this year so far but it seems best buy is trying to screw people over for using the rewards we earned by spending money. I'd like to get a solution to this as it's become more then frustrating and BB has offered no support at all.

It’s fantastic to hear you’ve been looking to redeem some of your rewards. I can understand why you would be so incredibly frustrated if you’ve been having orders cancel, without any indication as to why or resolution when reaching out.
