When checking out in-store, it appears that one of the clerks (in the past) has messed up my account.
My father has an account (separate from mine), and somehow the clerk changed all the info on my account to have my fathers name/email address.
How can I get this fixed? The clerk in the store said they can not do anything from their side.

Welcome back to the forums. I'm sure that having your account information changed on you must be a bad experience. I'd be happy to review that account to see what options we might have to get it corrected.
I'll need your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and My Best Buy member number to begin. Please send that to me through a private message by using the link in my signature below this post. If you can also provide your father's name, and the email address you think the account is now under, that would help as well.
Depending on what I find, we may need to speak with your father as well to get everything sorted out. If it comes to that, I'll let you know how we can get that accomplished.
