In Store purchase missing

Purchased a Sony OLED in February or March and it is not showing up in my purchase history. I have also lost the receipt so what can I do about this? I do have the record of it in my credit card statement though.

It was done on February 1st after checking my credit card statements.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a My Best Buy member. After purchasing your Sony OLED TV in February, I imagine you've been eagerly awaiting your rewards to appear under your membership. Generally, this can take up to 20 days, or 35 if you purchased through one of our Magnolia Design Centers.
