I am my bestbuy elite plus member. I don't know what happened today I have different member id on my account I cannot see my bestbuy elite plus membership. I cannot see my rewards.

Hi there Alchemy,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! It would be pretty disconcerting to login and find a different member ID, along with all of your previous rewards gone.
This generally occurs when your original member ID has either been cancelled or unlinked, and a new one is generated when you login. I would be happy to take a closer look at things though, so please keep an eye out for my private message via the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.
