For 10 years or more, i have had multiple rewards accounts under my phone number (even another person that I do not know associated with my OLD phone number) and BB support has been zero help getting this resolved. I gave up on this and made certain that only one was used when purchases were made. I purchase tons of stuff every year and have maintained elite plus status. i just got an email that says enjoy your elite membership yada yada yada which got my attention, so went to my account online and see ZERO purchases for 2020. I know that i have made more than enough purchases in 2020 to maintain elite plus status. This really upsets me. Seems like this whole BB rewards program is a huge scam, since it has proven to be a constant battle. I want to get this resolved and my elite plus membership reinstated, otherwise I will stop shopping at BB all together as of today.
