Having trouble viewing rewards history

Hi,

I can't view my rewards history anymore for some reason. I'm getting the following message, "We're Sorry

Rewards History is currently unavailable. Please try again later.". This is happening on all my browsers with cookies and cache cleared and it's even occuring on the app. 
 
I usually like to see the break down of points earned for my purchases inside and outside of bestbuy so please help me get this issue resolved.

Thank you for writing to us for support and welcome to our online Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're running into problems with viewing your rewards history on your account. This is something that I've personally ran into as well, because I accidentally had a few different accounts and it confused the system. I can absolutely look into this with you and clear it up. From there, I can do some digging and see what the best course of action is.
