The green status bar, to show how much money you've spent in the year (to reach Elite/Elite Plus status) is all the way full, and it seems I've spent enough to reach Elite Plus status. However, it is not recognizing that I actually HAVE. I haven't gotten the confirmation email some people say I should have, and it is not allowing me to select point banking (rather than auto-issuing certificates), which is what I care about most. What should I do/when can I expect this to recognize my Elite Plus status?

While I'm sure it's confusing to see that your status hasn't changed, please know that this change can take a couple of days for it to take effect. It can take, on average, up to 21 days. I would suggest allowing our system to process the account upgrade and, if after a couple of weeks, you note the change hasn't occurred, reaching out to us so we can take a deeper dive into it and see how we can help.
