Hello, I have been back and forth with customer service via email and cannot get this issue resolved. I am an elite plus member and the best buy store screwed up my purchase by placing it on the wrong account. I do not care about the points because I charged it on the best buy credit card. What i care about is the fact that the spending amount will not apply to my yearly spending. This is a formal complaint and I would like this rectified. I have the emails going back and forth with them stating they can fix it.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! Ensuring your points and rewards are appropriately credited is a great way to ensure you receive the appropriate benefits.
Having a purchase incorrectly credited to the wrong membership can have some frustrating consequences, from receiving your correct rewards and your purchase being reflected on someone else's membership. I understand you're not worried about the points, but only that your tier spending be correctly updated.
