Really disappointed with customer service. I had a $70 Rewards Certificate expire a week ago. With all the commotion and change going on lately, it completely slipped my mind to spend it. We spent a lot of money with the store to earn it. I called Customer Support today and they said there is nothing they can do.
It wouldn't have been difficult to fix this. I see it unlikely that we will be customers of Best Buy in the future.
