Thank you for registering with the forum, though I wish it were under better circumstances. Finding your rewards redeemed without your authorization would not only be disconcerting, but frustrating as well.
Generally speaking, if rewards are redeemed without your authorization and there are no orders to cancel, it's because they were redeemed in store. Just in case it was your BestBuy.com account that may have been compromised though, you may wish to change the password to your BestBuy.com account and associated email account.
