I am looking into my elite status and I am seeing only $963 and it looks like some of my purchases have not been added to rewards and elite status like my purchases on Nov 6, 2018.
Can you please take a look to this ?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your My Best Buy tier spending! Reaching Elite or Elite Plus is always exciting, so it's great to keep an eye on your spending, especially with the end of the year just around the corner.
When it comes to tier spending, there are some things you should keep in mind. Portions of purchases paid for by reward certificate or gift card would not qualify for points or count towards your tier spending. Points and tier spending are also only awarded based on your pre-tax totals. For more information, you can review our My Best Buy Terms.
Points and tier spending can also take up to 20 days to post to one's membership. Should you not be seeing a purchase in your rewards history, you may also use our Report Missing Points tool on BestBuy.com.
