Disappearing reward certificate

I received an email from BestBuy on 3/16 indicating that I had received a $110 reward certificate that was due to expire on 4/2.  I picked on some items online and tried to use that certificate but was unable to do so because the total of my order was less than $110.  So, I used some different certificates.  A few days later, I bought a monitor with a plan to use the $110 reward certificate. When at the cashier, that reward certificate was gone. I used some others (that were due to expire at a later date). The cashier told me that I could review my records at home and still use the certificate.  When I got home, I called BestBuy support and was told that they could not help me with the reward certificate; I needed to go to a store and talk to a manager.  Yesterday, I spent over an hour at BestBuy and no one was able to help me.  

 

Please help me uncover what happened to my reward certificate and help me use it for the purchase of the monitor I made.

The word "uncover" makes me think a mystery needs to be solved, which means I get to dust off the magnifying glass to portray Sherlock Holmes. If I'm being honest thought it might be closer to an episode of Blue's Clues, as I've watched more than enough of that show with my daughter.  Either way, I'm sure we can figure out the whereabouts of your certificates.

 

A certificate doesn't tend to just disappear into thin air, so there's a good chance your certificates have either been redeemed in full or have expired.  A certificate comprised of the points you're awarded will generally be valid for a period of 60 days, unless noted otherwise on the actual certificate.  I'll need to review your rewards account before I can say for sure though, so I'll need to gather some additional details from you.  Please send a private message with the details listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll see what clues I can find.
