I need to log into my account to access a receipt. None of the password reset options work - they say there is no account associated with my e-mail. Calling the number though, it knows my name and recognizes me as an elite member, as well have having multiple e-mails addressing me.
I need help either logging into the account or retreiving a receipt

While you can place orders on BestBuy.com without logging into an account, not being able to successfully login can put a damper on certain aspects of the purchasing experience. There are three potential explanations that come to mind as to why you cannot login or reset your password. First, you don't have an active BestBuy.com account. We would just need to create one and make sure your rewards account is properly linked. Second, your rewards account is linked to more than one BestBuy.com account. Just need to make sure it is only linked to one BestBuy.com account. Third, your email address is outdated and needs to be updated.
All three of those should be easily fixable. Before I can do anything else though, I will need to gather some additional information from you. Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will make sure everything is up-to-date and squared away. I can even help provide you with a copy of the receipt you are looking for.
