I have been trying for YEARS to get my brother removed from my Rewards / My Best Buy account. I can't see any indication online anywhere that he is on my account but often when I purchase in-store, they ask me if I am my brother-in-law. I thought I had this done a few years back by talking to numerous people at Best Buy but it is still not fixed.
Can someone help?
