I bought a new TV with extended warranty. Noticed later that day my online rewards wasn't showing my purchase. Looked at the receipt, had a different rewards member ID. Either I used the wrong phone number or confirmed my purchase under the wrong info on the keypad terminal. I do know that my phone number is associated with two different account ID's and I'm very careful to tell the Best Buy associate that it's under "David." Please help since the other ID is not elite status and my actual membership ID is.
