Best Buy points stolen back in September still no follow up from support.....

I had 495.00 worth of Best Buy points stolen back in Sept.  I opened a call with support and nothing has been done so far.  I need this issue taken care of.

Welcome and thank you for reaching out to us on the forum! Having nearly $500 in My Best Buy certificates redeemed without my authorization would leave me infuriated and concerned about any remaining rewards. I imagine this is how you've been feeling the last month or so. 

When rewards are issued and redeemed without your authorization, it's always good to ensure your account is secure. You may do this by changing the password to your BestBuy.com account, as well as the password to your associated email address.

This has now been resolved by Best Buy Support.
