The last two orders I have placed I have not received expedided 1-day delivery. I called Best Buy Corporate number yesterday 11/28/2020 and was transfered to six different departments becasue no one seems to know the answer or who should help me. I was told by the Best Buy person on the phone that the reson why my order took so long was there are delays becasue of the holiday and Covid, but clearly on the tracking it showed the Best But fullfilled the order in a very timely matter, and the issue was that you guys are choosing to ship orders with USPS, UPS, etc.
My Last order used a service called ShipT which was the service that sent my orders one day delivery. If my last order was sent 1 -day I would have received almost a week ago, but instead Best Buy choose to make me wait a week for my order and tell me we dont care that your Elite Plus Member that means nothing.
Now today after trying to make sure everything got fixed my next order got shipped out today UPS ground and this even though faster the USPS First class still will take 4-5 days to get to me if not more and this is still not honoring the 1-day shipping.
I thought I might have found a alternative to Amazon, but it looks like I will have to go back to Amazon.
Bottom line Best Buy advertises 1-Day shipping for their Elite Plus Members and does not honor it.

I'm thrilled you've been able to enjoy the perks associated with this membership tier, although I hate to learn about your disappointment with your recent shipping experience. I know how important it is to get everything as expected during the holiday season and that you're getting the full benefit out of your Elite Plus status.
That said, our 2-day free shipping option is what's available to our Elite Plus members. This shipping time will still depend on a few things such as product availability, customer location, processing and carrier delays, etc. Regardless, I hate to hear you weren't able to gest support initially with your questions and concerns.
