BB Removed $50 In Active Certificates

Hello

 

I'm an elite member.  I called BB Support on the phone to inquire about using my available certificates:  This was about 7 days or so ago.  I spoke with a fellow in Mexico City.  After he reviewed my account BB Removed $50 In Active Certificates from it !!!!  I originally  had $150 in certificates - but - it changed - to $100 in certificates.  When I asked what did he do with my "other" $50 in certificates, he was vague, unhelpful, and obviously did not care.

 

I called support again, a day later or so, and they said, the certificates can be "reinstated" after speaking to someone in an "elevated" position.  After speaking with a Third person, they informed me I was not going to get the $50 in certificates and that was that !!!  I imagine that !!!

 

On my part, I had Pdf's my BB webpage listing the $150 as active, bar-code numbers, AND email dates the certificates were issued.  AND NO, none of these certificates have been previously used. I provide all the certificates numbers and dates that were listed for each one - including their expiration dates.  This evidence, from the BB website was refused and rejected.

 

As an elite member - who WAS considering elite plus status - this kind of treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional - espercially when evidence from the BB website was provided.  If this treatment is what I have to look forward to from BB then I need to find another vendor to spend my $100's and $1000's of dollars with.

Welcome to our community forums. As a My Best Buy member myself, I know I would be very confused to see some of my certificates missing after speaking to an agent. I would be happy to see how I may be able to help.
