I logged in a while ago and there was a message about merging accounts after merging my Elite Membership status, coupons, purchase history were all gone. I would like to figure out what is going on. Thank you.

If you know your My Best Buy member ID number that would also be helpful. Also, if you could clarify where you saw a message about merging accounts, that would be appreciated. For example, was this an email you received?
