A former life long bb customer. Bought a washer, drawer and 65 inch TV from best buy. Paid cash. Schedule delivery on a Tuesday, take the day off work, and pay my apartment fee to have the washer hooked up. Delivery comes no washer. Delivery guy says store didn't send it. So called customer service they apologized and scheduled for Saturday. Saturday comes with no call and no washer. Call customer service they say can't help have to go to store. Go to the store and they say warehouse people messed up the order and they reschedule for Tuesday at 6 pm. 6 pm was a big point so I didn't have to take off work. Called on Monday to double confirm it's for 6. Store assures me all is ready. Next day at 340 the delivery guy calls me, is super rude, and says if I'm not there in 15 min no delivery. So had to cancel the order for a refund and no out of pocket again for my apartment to hook up the washer. Call customer service again, listen to all the recordings about how best buy puts customers first, total bull, and get on the phone with customer service. They apologize again. Say they have made notes and some will call be back within 48 hours. 3 days later I have to call back. Wouldn't you know they have no idea what's going on. No notes taken and my order not cancelled. Finally this guy says it's canceled but he can do nothing for the inconvenience. I get mad he says maybe a 50 dollar gift card. So let's see if it's actually refunded which I doubt. Either way since this is the way best buy treats customers now then a life long best buy customer will no longer shop at best buy. Don't waste your money at best buy. As chappy as Walmart is they do take care when they make a mistake
