washer and dryer installation

hello my name is jeremy {removed per forum guidelines}, i purchased a washer and dryer 2 weeks ago spend almost 2000.00  i had a scheduled delivery and installation scheduled for 09/14/19. the gentlemen came out couldnt install because the person the sold us the stackable units did not tell us that we had to purchase a stackable kit. so that was the first issue. 

next we go into the best buy in melrose park, in illinois and the employess were very rude, cursing and using lots of profanity in front of all customers. they than rescheduled me for today 9/21/19 to have washer and dryer installed, and nothing found out they never put it in the system so i have a big washer and dryer sitting inside my house not connected that i just paid 1700 dollars for. all becuase the employees were all joking around. now i have to wait until the 9/27/19 to have my samsung washer and dryer installed i hope i can get some kind of reinburstment from some one or some kind of email from higher management. i waitied all day for installation and called off of work just to find out that they never scheduled me
