I order a refrigerator that was delivered on Saturday 14th it was damaged ( top door smashed into bottom door). I spoke to a customer service he had no sympathy to give.
Second refrigerator was delivered yesterday damaged (Hugh dent on top and side) same customer service as before no care to give.
I just called again to have it redeliver, same no caring attitude no offer of a discount no apology. Worst company ever they will soon go the way of Circuit City.
