tv delivery and set up

I have never been so disapointed with a company.  I spent close to $1000 on a tv, paid for and waited for delivery, only see that the tv was broken.  I sent the tv back and went to the store, not wanting the same brand, and spent more money not to have the same problem.  They would not refund the original tv, and had to go to the store and spend many hours trying to get you on the phone.  Finally I have the refund but still no refund on the original set up.  Many more phone calls.  Have you tried to call best buy, you should its a project.  Fast forwrd 1 week.  I take a second day off from work, waiting for the delivery.  They dont call me, and the dont have the apartment number on the reciept so the doorman does not know who the tv is for, and they wont deliver the tv without an apartment number.  I get the delivery mans phone number, (does not speak english) he hangs up on me.  I am now on the phone with best buy, for over an hour.  and there is no remedy insight.  I am not going to take a third day off from work for this.   someone needs to get on the phone with your delivery company and get that tv here today!
