How in the world do I get to speak with a supervisor????
I have been on hold for over 3 hours, 3 calls. Twice i have been hung up on. I am still waiting.
My original order was placed on saturday. It has been rescheduled to a yet to be determined date. But i can reorder the same items and have them for pickup curbside this saturday. Only problem is that it is a washer and dryer and there is no way i can lift them so i need them delivered. That is where the whole problem comes in. When my order gets to processing it switches stores (they are 15 minutes apart) due to delivery address. Then it switches warehouses becuase the two stores source from entirely different warehouses (dallas vs St louis). So even though I live probably less that ten minutes from both stores I cannot get the washer scheduled for delivery before May. I can pickup curbside this weekend. I need someone to help me navigate these logistics. I have been told the local stores have no ability to force the delivery details and order.
