still no response

man i still don't have resolution to my issues with sedgwick and best buy. sedgwick refuses to contact me buy still not doing anything to help. am stuck with this home damage due to the install being done wrong.

i have screamed at the top of my lungs for help SEDGWICK ARE CROOKS and no one is helping us. i have sent my information three times to best buy please help us and help the other people here who are having issues with segwick they are not doing the job they are supposed to doing. going on 5 months with sedgwick and water damage no ones responding. bestbuy do something!!!!!!!
