several missed delivery appointments

Never say never but I can without a doubt say I will never ever again buy any appliance from a BestBuy ever again. Ordered 4 appliances and was told delivery would be 12/20 and 12/21. On 12/20 the range arrived and was installed without any issues. The next 3 appliances simply never showed up and we never even received a simple text saying that they're not coming so we don't sit at home wasting a day away from work waiting for these imaginary appliances we paid for. Customer service simply says they have no info and that they can't reach the delivery team. BestBuy is apparently selling items they don't even have in the warehouse and charging upfront for it. This is not a good way to do business and expect a repeat customer. The only reason I knew that the appliances are not coming on scheduled day is because I called and asked, otherwise I received zero communication from bestbuy that the appliance deliveries need to be rescheduled. Extremely poor customer service from bestbuy.

Thank you for choosing Best Buy for this investment. While it is great to know the range was delivered and installed, I understand the rest of the appliances did not arrive, which isn’t the outcome we would have expected. If there had been a delay, you should have been informed. I’m sorry to hear that wasn’t the case. With a bit more information, I’d love to investigate this for you.

all of our appliances were delivered and installed. Everything works as expected. We had to pick out another fridge because ours was backordered several months. Thank you for assisting in getting this sorted out.
