order delayed

I ordered Dec 19, 2022 Arozzi - Arena Fratello Gaming Desk - Black. I was supposed to pick up the order from the store Dec 28, 2022. After the deadline, the order changed its status to order delayed. To date, I have no news if and when the goods will be delivered for pickup. If the processing of this order will be prolonged I would like to have a chance to cancel and order something else. Please help. Thanks
