no reply from Sedjwick

I purshased a side by side whirlpool refrigator. I filed a compliant after on 09/23/21 regarding damage to my floor after an installation of a referigator. i was informed that someone from sedjwick would me contacting me. i have left serveral voicemails, along with several emails with no repsonse at all. My floor is getting worse, this is the worse customer service i have ever received.  Can someone please contact me regarding this matter.

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this delivery. Having had several appliances delivered to my home I know that if any damage took place I would want to get it repaired as quickly as possible. I would be more than happy to take a look into this here on my end and see if I can help you get an update regarding this damage claim.

 

While Best Buy is unable to directly view the status of your claim, I would like to reach out to our partner Sedgwick Claims Management Services for more information. I will need to gather a couple more details in order to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

Thanks for following up, though I’m disappointed to hear that your claim has not concluded. AndrewB-BBY isn’t currently available, so I’ll be stepping in for him. I hope you don’t mind.

 

If logged into the forum from a PC, there should be a blue “Private Message” button next to my signature below this post. However, if you don’t see the “Private Message” button, there is another way to send a private message to me. Start by logging in the Best Buy forum. Then, click on my username (Kayla-BBY) to the left of this post. That should take you to my “About” page. Once there, “Send this user a private message” should be one of the options under the “Contact Me” section.
