purchased a lg dual fuel range on 3/25/2019. was scheduled for delivery on 4/6/2019. item was shown to be shipped on 3/27/2019. on 4/03/2019 pushing delivery date to 4/8/2019. on 4/15/2019 delivery gets moved to 4/27/2019. on 4/25/2019 delivery gets moved to 5/11/2019. on 5/09/2019 it gets moved to 5/27/2019. I contact the GM in the Cumming, Ga store and he cannot tell us where the stove is. I have already made two payments on this stove and no one can tell me where it is. I contacted LG to see if they could find it, they requested that I get the PO# so they could locate it item. The GM doesn't have access to the PO# or phone number for distribution or warehouse to find missing range. We would like to see if we will actually receive our stove that we have already made payments on, or get some answers to where it is, or do we cancel it ? Customer service is sub par, no one is willing to help. No one can tell us what happened to our item.
