missed appointment

Order {removed per forum guidelines} was scheduled to be installed yesterday.  The installation company reached out to us saying they were having truck trouble.  A while later they reached out again to say their team quit.  I called 1-888-BestBuy and was promptly connected to the call center in Honduras.  That person told me the item was no longer available.  After a lengthy discussion and a request to talk to a supervisor, he hung up on me.  I called back and was told the item was damaged and would be rescheduled for December 28th.  I explained how exceedingly unacceptable that would be and asked for an escalation and was hung up on again.  I called a third time and was transferred to multiple departments ofer the course of 70 minutes.  I finally spoke with someone who was extremely polite and extremely clueless who utterly refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor.  At this point I hung up.  

 

My wife visited the store the moment they opened this morning and they assured her they were aware of the situation and someone would reach out to reschedule the installation ASAP to be completed by the end of the week.  

 

We have still heard nothing.
