Hoping you can help escalate my Sedgwick property claim filed on December 21st. Here is the copy of the email I got from Jennifer {removed per forum guidelines} at best buy:
"I am providing you with the claim ID {removed per forum guidelines} for the claim that was submitted on 12/21/2022. The claims department should contact you within 2 to 3 business days. If you need to contact the claims department please use contact 855-832-1338 and refer to the claim ID provided. This claim has been escalated due to the chemical exposure."
Due to the hazzardous and potentially life threating nature of this incident (especially with a 9 month old and 6 year old at risk) you would think Best Buy as a brand would like to help their customers out. While the complete explanation will take paragrpahs id be more than happy to hop on a call and give all the details needed. (As I have tried with Best Buy and Sedgwick multiple times)

it says I have reached the limit of messages I can send when I have never sent a message? How do I send you the message?
