We ordered a dish washer with installation from best buy in June 7 2020. The team (GCS Custom Applicance Installations) came to installation on June 9. During the installation, they hooked up the waterline to the bottom of the dish washer and pushed the dishwater under the counter. The installation was not complete because we lacked the required electrical panel for the outlet. After they left, we found water leak in the basement and finally traced back to the vavle connecting the waterline to the dish water. I then have called BB and was guided to file a claim with a third party comany called Sedgwick. Now our cliam was denied because Sedgwich said the installation team said they made no connections and provided a photo showing the waterline was not hooked up. That just lie. Using your common sense, do you think an installation person will take a photo showing w/o hook up for no reason? I just could NOT believe that a big comany tends to lie to cover the mistake they make. The worst experience ever! I've been a loyal customer of BB for years. I don't think I will buy anything from BB if this case is not properly resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums. I know if I were in your shoes I would want to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. While our partner, Sedgwick, would be best suited to provide further information about this damage claim I would be glad to see if I can help you get further assistance.
I will need some more information in order to get working on this. Can you please send me a private message with your:
