I purchased Samsung washer from Best Buy. On Tuesday 7/12, when the contract installer tried to remove the old washer, he broke the main water supply. Water leaked across my floor and carpet in the laundry room, living room and crawlspace for 10 mins until he located the main water shutoff. The vinyl floor damaged. The carpet was soaked and saturated. The hardwood floor starts to bulge. Standing water in the crawl space. My house is flooded. I have vent (central heating/cooling system) in the laundry room and the water leaking inside the vent.
I have been trying very hard to reach the Best Buy Sedgewick. Today Friday 7/16, Sedgewick adjuster still doesn't want to approve my water mitigation estimate. He is not responding to my emails. The water cannot be extracted. If I had read other complaints on the Best Buy forum at the beginning I would definitely not purchase any appliances from Best Buy

Welcome to our community, shirleylim1014,
Thank you for reaching out to us. A new washing machine can be a great investment in your family’s cleanliness needs. I myself had recently upgraded my own washer and dryer for the first time in years this past December, and now we can finally keep up with the sea of dirty onesies. A person’s home should be their palace, and we understand the privilege of being welcomed into your home to provide a service. Our Agents will do their best to perform their service while maintaining installation safety standards, and I can understand your desire to ensure that these standards are met. I’d be happy to learn more about what happened, as well as fully documenting your experience here at our Corporate Office.
