home damage due to installation

My wife and i brought a new fridge and a dishwasher 08/23/22 the installer totally botched the install. we had a weeks worth of water draining in our home called best buy they put us with sedgwick insurance, what a absolutely horrible experience at first the wanted us to get a quote to fix the damage we got one then when they found out it would be more then nine thousand dollars to fix they wanted to send their adjuster out, fine they sent out their own adjuster.  sedgwick adjuster found the same problems. at this point sedgwick stopped replying to emails and phone calls. we called best buy customer service they put back with sedgwick guess what sedgwick still doesn't still respond to. months later NOTHING is fixed home still has water damage but now sedgwick has put the claim on samsung warranty saying the dish washer was the cause which it wasn't it was the fridge water line not be hooked up properly which sedgwick was aware of. i just spoke with samsung marine and fire liabilty and made them aware of this fraud. bestbuy i am so disappointed in this whole thing we spent over six thousand dollars spent on appliances only to have another nine thousand dollar repair that no one wants to take care of. i have been a bestbuy guy for a while but my tune has now changed i plain on getting rid of our credit cards, total tech and everything dealing with bestbuy all because of sedgwick fraud and deciteful practices. best buy make this right unless you dont care about your customers we work hard for the things we purchase and should not have to go through this!!
